Don’t just have a really good brand image, sell to people’s emotions. Know what they want and need and then sell it to them. Get personal and go beyond just identifying your target market. Discover who your customers really are and know their likes, dislikes, interests, motivations, and so on.
Be Clear About Your Message
The best way to effectively improve your image is to know exactly who you are and what you are doing. How are you benefiting customers? What are you providing for them? Make your message known and share it relentlessly.
